Why Counselling and Therapy?
You may know that you need to change certain things about your life and perhaps you are looking for some support to make that change.
Maybe you’re aware that something needs to change but are not yet sure what that something is.
Perhaps you are feeling confused or stuck in a pattern of repeated situations or just wish to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, with someone trained to support you.
When you are free from the negative influences in your life, you can escape with yourself and find the energy to be who you truly are.
Counselling or Psychotherapy?
There is much debate over the distinction between the two but on the whole counselling tends to be short term and psychotherapy deals with deeper issues and is longer term.
